Blueberry Banana Ice Cream

Blueberry Banana Ice Cream

I’ve made smoothies, sorbets with all the ingredients with all these ingredients: blueberry, banana, avocado, and oats with my favorite blender. What’s missing? Ice cream!

Make ice cream at home is effortless, all you need a decent blender with durable blades that able to crush ice since you will blend the frozen ingredients.

The first experienced I got when I made ice cream back years ago ended with a broken blender, and since then, I would never use the cheap one to do this task.

I always buy like a huge stack of bananas and freeze them to have ice cream each night. I don’t think I could ever go back to eating just regular bananas because the ice cream spoiled me too much!

I would’ve added a tablespoon of vanilla extract to give aromatic sense to the ice cream. For anyone trying to get rid of the banana taste, try adding a little portion of frozen pineapples, it does help!

Blueberry Banana Ice Cream
Serves: 2
Ingredients
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until everything is smooth (or no longer in chunks).
  2. Spoon it out, top it with some more blueberries if you wish, and eat it right away before it melts. If you want it harder, put it in the freezer for a couple of hours, stirring every 20 minutes or so.
